When we are no longer able to change a situation - we are challenged to change ourselves.

What I Do

Who I Can Help

Psychotherapy - Humanistic and Person-Centered

I provide in-depth counseling using an integrative approach, meaning that your therapy is uniquely tailored to you and your needs throughout your time with me. The main focus of psychotherapy is to build a strong relationship within the context of the therapy sessions so that you can explore the patterns, thoughts, circumstances, and emotions that impact our behavior and contribute to the dynamics of our relationships. Identifying the motivations to our behavior and the underlying worldviews will enable you to move through obstacles that have been holding you back and find a balanced approach to living.

  • Trauma: Domestic Violence

  • Traumatic Life Events (i.e. Car Accidents, Disasters, Loss)
