Individual Psychotherapy for Adults

In order for therapy to bring about the change you are looking for, you need to be able to trust the process and engage with it. To do this, there is one essential element - and that is to feel comfortable with and connected to your therapist.

This is fundamental for successful therapy; for you to share your uncensored thoughts and feelings, to reflect on moments that you would rather forget, and to be able to have in-depth conversations about your experiences, we prioritize building trust within our relationship so you feel confident that you will be met with compassion and understanding.

The importance of this connection is the foundation for my therapeutic approach.

In session, we develop a strong relationship together so that we can more deeply explore the patterns, thoughts, circumstances, and emotions that impact your behavior and contribute to the dynamics of the relationships in your life. Identifying these motivations and your underlying worldviews will enable us to move through obstacles that have been holding you back and help you find (or re-discover) a balanced approach to living.
